🧩 BuriSplit – True Multi-Tab Split Screen for Chrome

The only split-screen extension that works flawlessly with YouTube, Google, and every website.

BuriSplit is not just another split screen tool.

It’s a true multi-tab grid viewer designed for people who actually work, research, compare, and create in the browser.

Unlike traditional split-screen extensions that rely on iframes (which break on Google, YouTube, banking sites, dashboards, and secured pages), BuriSplit works directly with real Google Chrome tabs.

Great idea, but the current implementation makes absolutely no sense to me: Instead of showing or previewing the existing tabs in the existing Chrome window, whichever number of tabs you pick get re-opened a second (!) time in an individual window, i.e. 4 new windows for 4 new tabs! Whichever tabs are first nth open tabs will open in the grid first. So you basically have no control over which tabs to work on or review first. This might be technically most efficient, but I find it rather irritating. Video content such as YouTube starts playing as well, i.e. any more than one open video = all of them play at the same time.
