I've been using this app as a premium user for almost an year. Recently this app didn't function well with my chrome browser. It just doesn't open the page on any computer. (Tried 4 different computers). So I gave up and downloaded their window app. Then yesterday I was really shocked. Some of my schedule were renamed with something I can't even guess what they were. That vocabulary doesn't even exist. Those words were so random and alien. I trusted this app too much and I didn't make any back up. This is my busiest month, and now I have to try remembering things which were supposed to be remembered by this app. If I was a free user, I wouldn't complain like this. However, I pay for the service, and I contacted their customer center but no feedback. I regret soooooo much how much I believed this irresponsible app and I want to time travel to punch my face and tell myself not to use this app. Please be aware that they can always change your schedule randomly with no explanation even you are a premium member.
非常棒，就是打开的速度太慢了，是非常慢！有5秒以上了吧！因为就是想用它作“备忘”甚至是提醒这种功能，但是打开的速度完全不是让随手记录这件事变得轻松
I love TickTick but the Gmail extension leaves something to be desired. Most notably, all formatting including line breaks is removed from the email when it goes into TickTick.

best GTD Software, because of Cross Platform
It's not intuitive. First, opening tick tick in a new small window is annoying. Why don't you open it in a dropdown window like most modern chrome extensions? Also, it would be great if I could set the "Add to TickTick" as the default action.
大変気に入っています。将来的に時間管理ができたらいいなあと思います。たとえば所要時間60分のタグを付けられて、業務の終了時間が分かるなど。
Pretty good but I would like to be able to turn notifications off as I already have them running in the windows application and double notifications is kind of annoying.
