Not working
When you go to his site and click Customize on the cookie popup, YOU CAN'T TURN ANYTHING OFF, and it shows there are SEVENTY-SIX Marketing cookies. Not being able to turn off ANY cookies is absolute BS. I'm deleting this extension just for that.

Doesn't work as advertised.
It doesn't do what it says. It leaves a giant space. The whole reason I need this feature is for HORIZONTAL separators, just like Firefox does. It is the only feature I cannot seem to get in Chrome that Firefox had. even with all the wonder of modern extension-making. please make a better version Mike Spence I know you're only trying to help.
The Chrome extension only seems to allow you to add the separators to the extension icons right of the address bar. That said YOU CAN ABSOLUTELY ADD THEM TO THE BOOKMARK BAR if you just visit his website and follow his instructions. Not super elegant, but you can get the separators on your bookmarks.
Does not work with latest update of Chrome (Version 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit))
Does exactly what it says - great little extension! As Mike said if you just see a blank page icon instead of a divider you need to click on it once and it will then show as a coloured divider. Thanks Mike!
