Record proof that you submitted an online form. This extension makes a snapshot of the form right before submission and creates a cryptographic proof that is timestamped. All your information remains private, and you can download it from the extension's side panel, in a .json file that can be viewed with the extension at any time. You must download this file if you want to save your proof!

You can save your email address in the extension side panel to be used when you want to send an email with a proof. Your email address is kept in your browser's storage.

When sending the email from the extension, do not forget to download the .json file and attach it to the email.

Why? Because many form owners do not send you a copy of your submission! And you have the right to prove the exact information that you gave them. Maybe you sent private information, maybe you sent them your ideas! Maybe you are a whistleblower!

A detailed technical explanation: the HTML content of the form is saved right before submission, with both questions and answers. The POST request is also recorded. This data is cryptographically hashed to produce a 32-byte identifier for your data(data ID). This identifier is sent to our Kayros indexer, which makes a timestamped record and returns a cryptographic hash (record ID). This record ID is proof that you submitted your data at that time. Kayros only receives your data identifier. Your full information submitted in the form is kept private, and you must download your .json file to store it on your computer or send it to someone else.

If you want to prove your digital actions, use our provable.dev tools.
