A little nudge goes a long way!
I have tried many, many extensions to keep me from wasting time on YouTube and other sites. This one is the best. It keeps me accountable but still allows me to use YouTube when I legitimately need to (e.g. to learn how to do something for work).
I use it to limit my access time on YouTube, and I found it to be really helpful.
