Track time of your web activity, limit and block distracting websites. Monitor your web usage.
Better than other distraction blockers. I do find myself some times 'cheating' by using the productive mode to get around blocks, but way less than other blockers. You do get better results by having to state your intention.
I can't believe how good this extension is. It's like a site blocker, except it actually succeeds in altering your habits long term. Cannot recommend enough!
100 days streak. this extension is awesome!!
LOVE this extension so far. Three big highlights for me: 1. Tracking time on social media usage. I like that Intention forces me to explicitly opt into jumping onto a website, which has helped a lot with compulsive Reddit checking. 2. The ability to start a focus mode to force myself to stop while doing Pomodoro sprints. Before I would get distracted and end up running long. It would definitely drain my brain power 3. The ability to schedule Intention for work hours for all the above Feature/improvement suggestions: - took me some searching to discover the schedule feature. Sometimes i want to mindlessly browse Reddit in the evening to relax ;) - I'd love to temporarily disable a website from the list when i need to do marketing work and that involves visiting these websites
Great tool, perfect for getting your time back, and developing a good mindset. I can't recommend it enough.
excellent study tool I spend alot less time on useless stuff because of it
Great app to keep you off social media and distracting websites.

Just started using it and instantly love it. it's saved me time. I didn't realize just having a blocker keep me in check would hammer in good habits. they go a long way.
TL;DR Stops your addictive habits, best focus app, only one that I'll be sticking with. Out of habit you open a site you are addicted to while you must finish your projects, work and study for exams and deadlines? Intention will stop you right there. If you really need to check the site, you can take few minutes of allowance, enabling exception cases while always making you think twice, even stopping you if you go way over your allowed time. Many things customizable, it should fit your needs.
