Night shift changes the colors of the screen to warm and eye-protective shades. You can automatically change screen mode by scheduling or selecting a color theme for a certain website.
Our extension suggests a palette of colors that are good for eyes in a dark time and also you can pick any color and add it to the settings page.
Working on a computer at night time may affect your eyes or can disturb other people in the same room. Night Shift Mode is a good opportunity to reduce screen brightening to take care of your eyes. Dark Mode isn't suitable for all websites, so applying warm colors to all websites will be the best alternative for screen tinting.
Our extension offers several benefits for users of notebooks or PCs by reducing the blue light emitted by screens. Here's how it can help:
1. Reduces Eye Strain - excessive blue light can strain your eyes during extended screen use, especially in low-light conditions. Night shift mode adjusts the screen's color temperature to warmer tones, which are gentler on the eyes.
2. Improves Sleep Quality - blue light suppresses the production of melatonin, a hormone responsible for regulating sleep. By reducing blue light exposure in the evening, night shift mode can help you fall asleep more easily and maintain a healthy sleep cycle.

I read alot of novels. The sites I read from do provide different background colors to suit my needs. But never the perfect color to suite my mood and protect my eyes. With this mod I can adjust any color I want and adjust the brightness to suite my need throughout the day. Thanks ٩(◕‿◕。)۶

Nice screen dimming extension, but why does it always need to be reloaded on a page for it to work ?
I used to use Gorgias now I use this. Much better design and they are not a Helpdesk company with a side-project. This plugin is their full-time business. Support is awesome and helpful as well.
At first it didn't work, had to remove and re-add because it wouldn't turn off. Working fine now though. Very useful when you have to read lots of plain text documents.
It's amazing!! really love it. if only it has the option to exclude some specific sites it would be perfect because you know some sites already implement the dark theme such as Youtube. I really hope the author will implement this feature some day.
