I'm a website designer and like to train my customers after a site is done on how to edit their site. I was looking for a free way to do this, since I only do this once a month or so. Crankwheel met the challenge. It works great, and it's free! The fact that the customer does not have to download anything, and just has to click a link is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Crankwheel is awesome. I manage a remote team across multiple time zone in multiple countries. Chat and phone conversations work great, but sometimes you just have to jump on a screen and share it. Crankwheel is perfect for this. I don't have to share a link because we have a custom one set up that works every time. We stay on the phone together and it's seamless. It's a simple install for team members and has very low Chrome resource overhead so it's always ready to go. Give it a try! You won't regret it!
