Crankwheel is the bomb!
Crankwheel has made my job so much more flexible. Having the ability to utilize screen sharing is KEY to what I do & they have their system on point.
CrankWheel is awesome....a life-saver! The ability to share screens, without the other person having to download any software, or use a specific browser is HUGE. I use it in the FEX Life Insurance space, and its important to be able to build trust quickly...especially since we end up asking for quite a bit of personal information. The fact that I can share my screen, so they can see why I'm asking these questions, and can see me too goes a long way in building trust. Highly recommend CrankWheel!

This fills a huge void with my clients who cannot / do not know how to use other applications like Zoom. Most everyone has a cell phone so this still allows me to get information in front of the client to see with their own eyes.
Definitely a game changer for helping clients virtually. Other platforms require a download or at least a certain type of browser to share screen content with clients. My retirement plan/IUL clients like it, even Medicare clients are impressed. In this ever-changing, constantly moving society, having a tool that establishes credibility with ease without inconveniencing client is absolute GENIUS. The name sounds clunky but the execution is smooth . . . . Bravo!!!
This has made reviewing options and policy docs with my clients a breeze! No one really wants to do a face to face call any more. they want direct and to the point presentations. the added one way video feature is a plus when they want to see who they are working with. highly recommend

As a health insurance agent, it's crucial for my clients to understand their plan benefits. CrankWheel has been able to make this possible. I used to use ZOHO Webinars and there was a lot more friction involved (registration required, needs to be on a computer, and more hassle). CrankWheel doesn't require any of this. After I started using CrankWheel, my clients have been able to hop on a screenshare very quickly. It has increased my sales. I've already recommended CrankWheel to my colleague and they're now using the software. 10/10 would recommend.
THIS IS A WONDERFUL TOOL. I CAN SEND A TEXT MESSAGE OR AN EMAIL WITH A LINK. I CONTROL WHAT I SHARE AND THE CLIENT CAN GIVE ME A SIGNED AGREEMENT WITHIN MINUTES. AS AN INSURANCE AGENT THIS HELPS THE CLIENT FEEL PART OF THE PROCESS WITHOUT THEM KNOWING THE TECHNOLOGY. NO SOFTWARE FOR THEM TO INSTALL. AND THE SUPPORT TEAM IS GREAT.
