Version 1.2.0 adds dark mode support.
Version 1.3.0's only change is to use manifest_version 3. For this extension, this does not affect behavior at all. The change is required to keep the extension listed in Chrome Web Store.

自分だけかわからんが、Google Chromeのバージョン: 59になってから白紙ページを開いたまま他のページを一定時間表示させてると、そのページの背景の色が繁栄されるようになった。更新すると白に戻るけど少し気持ち悪さを覚える。

it does the job
This is neat, but I hope the author provides new empty tabs a tab label like 'New tab' (or allow the user the option to define a custom one). I could be nitpicking, but an unnamed tab looks kinda strange.
