非常有用，请问能不能添加一个对于pdf的查询，类似于另一个插件“划词翻译”，可以在pdf中选取单词来翻译。看论文会非常方便

我十分喜欢这个插件，由于专业学习有阅读英文的需求，而自己的英文水平不过关，之前经常需要切换界面去翻译单词。有了这个软件后省去了我很多麻烦，尤其是值得惊喜的一点就是它可以记录我是否对于某个单词需要自动翻译，我可以将自己掌握的单词勾选，这样下次就不会再重复出现，我十分喜欢这个插件！！！

有时语音无法使用，点击几个之后就再也不能点击朗读了，是不是bug，望修复！

建议可以多个选项，让词汇解释的位置能够放在原文上方（也就是行与行之间），这样感觉对于原文阅读影响更小一些
