It works flawlessly for me
works great but does require to remove and redownload from time to time to continue working
I had an old twitch add blocker that was flagged in the store for whatever reason. Installed this one and no more ads. Even for the channels I am subscribed to, twitch feeds me ads and then you have the streamers that play 9 ads in a row every time they can. I'm also a Prime customer so go figure Amazon's logic - it's kind of like the government taking 30% of each paycheck and then penalizing you every year on top of that for more money. Suck it Amazon.
