Black Menu for Google gives you quick access to your favorite Google services with a convenient drop-down menu that lets you use Search, Google+, Translate, and many others without leaving the page you’re on. Click on menu items to get a small windowed preview or click on the open in new button on the right to open them in a new tab.
Customize the menu by pointing at ‘Add’ and dragging/clicking the services you want from a comprehensive list of services. To remove services, drag them to the right to remove them.
Access these and more with Black Menu for Google:
Google Search. Quickly search the web or switch tabs to search for images, books, news, etc.—all within the mini window.
Google+. Share the current page, or check your latest Google notifications. Navigate all of Google+ as you would on a mobile device.
Google Translate. Type or paste text into the box to get a quick translation for that comment you received in a foreign language. View your translate history and save your favorite ones.

I wish when you searched something in the search part of the menu you could open that window as a new tab in chrome. Otherwise its great!

molto utile, permette di avere una icona nella barra estensioni e cliccandoci escono a cascata tutti i servizi google a cui siamo loggati tipo gmail, calendario youtube drive ecc, unico problema che nel google search indirizza nel box alla versione inglese, invece dal link manda a quella italiana. Nel complesso estensione utilisssima

Awesome extension. The panel view can be very useful. Wish you could increase the number of shortcuts beyond 10. Also open shortcut in panel opens in a new window and not a panel, even when panels are enabled in flags and in in extension settings. But aside from a few inconsistencies in the way individual shortcuts themselves handle things, and the occasional bug the app is flawless.
Extremely useful. Significantly improves the Google experience (Chrome, plus, play, the whole thing). I recommend any to anyone who wishes to simplify and excel their Google integration. Great extension. Thank you.
Pretty cool extension overall. Gmail - When viewing and deleting emails, the tab will crash occasionally and nothing is clickable... works again if you exit out of black menu (click anywhere else) Translate - Detect language does not work.
