This extension will make ChatGPT your default search engine in Chrome. Once ChatGPT has been set as your default search engine, you can search directly via your browser URL bar.

ChatGPT You can get fast, timely answers with links to relevant web sources, which you would have previously needed to go to a search engine for. This blends the benefits of a natural language interface with the value of up-to-date sports scores, news, stock quotes, and more. Chats also now include links to sources, such as news articles and blog posts, giving you a way to learn more.

In order to redirect a query to Google search, type "!g [your query]" (e.g. !g foobar) directly in your browser URL bar.

Team OpenAI listen, make it like perplexity AI extension, then I can, and will use it more. But if you make it this way (the default right in the browser) I can't and I won't. I can assure you I am not the only one. Let me search the way we do with perplexity ai extension; then I will use at least once a day. Else I will forget about it. I use perplexity everyday this way, make yours like perplexity.

Сам чат прекрасный и нужный помощник, за это можно ставить все 5 звезд, но в последнее время чат тормозит сильно, пропадает связь с чатом не на минуты, а на несколько часов хотя интернет работает нормально все другие интернет ресурсы работают стабильно. Последние три дня на каждый вопрос приходится ждать ответа по 5 -10 минут. Тех поддержки нет обратиться не к кому, хотя пользуюсь платной подпиской.
