This extension will make ChatGPT your default search engine in Chrome. Once ChatGPT has been set as your default search engine, you can search directly via your browser URL bar.
ChatGPT You can get fast, timely answers with links to relevant web sources, which you would have previously needed to go to a search engine for. This blends the benefits of a natural language interface with the value of up-to-date sports scores, news, stock quotes, and more. Chats also now include links to sources, such as news articles and blog posts, giving you a way to learn more.
In order to redirect a query to Google search, type "!g [your query]" (e.g. !g foobar) directly in your browser URL bar.

The extension is well-designed and effective, but it may take some time to achieve higher rankings on Google. not a great search. sends you to chatgpt then has to query your search which takes an extra 3 to 5 seconds. no image search is really rough and gpt tends to be too wordy to quickly find the information you need. Also its web searches don't seem as good as just a normal google search. This needs a lot of adjustments and polishing to be anywhere near as quick and efficient as a google search.
Super, un vrai un gain de temps. Par contre il faudrait une option pour faire des "chat éphémères" lors des recherches. Où que ça place ça dans un dossier a part.
Google no debe estar muy contento con esto... deberían espabilar.
Its really solid, no ads, great results with solid context. i think from a promt standpoint be good to have some type of saved promts and use that way. But thank you.

Disclosure: ChatGPT Plus subscriber here. It's good. But a few observations (some funny). Edge blocks this extension by default. You have to manually turn it on. No image search. You'd be surprised how much you miss it until you don't have it. Search results may often link to outdated videos and information. As with most things AI there's always the questions of privacy, so don't include personal information in your search queries.
