actually the only useful tool I found for saving my conversations in a readable, full format. It's still a bit difficult - it only exports htlm which I convert to pdf due to my preference - but it's perfect, and all the other features seem useful too. I haven't used it much apart from this archiving feature, but it's exactly why I purchased the pro version without hesitation. Also the developer is a great help, answers quickly and tried to solve problems asap.
