Ainda funciona, mas passou a consumir muito processamento quando o PC é iniciado, então descobri que o aplicativo está escrevendo infinitamente no arquivo de log dentro da pasta do aplicativo, me parece que ele tenta verificar a atualização e não consegue comunicação com a URL onde ele busca pelas atualizações, então como não consegue me parece ter um bug que ele fica escrevendo infinitamente no arquivo de log (LocalExplorer.log), a solução temporária que consegui foi verificar no gerenciador de tarefas se o aplicativo estiver usando muita CPU eu encerro o processo do aplicativo, faço isso toda fez que ligo o PC, pois mesmo encerrando o processo a extensão no navegador ainda funciona normalmente durante meu dia de trabalho. Peço ao pessoal da equipe do Aplicativo que verifiquem esse bug e falam a correção, pois ainda é uma excelente extensão.

For intranet based system where you want the user to access folder links, this is perfect. Been using it for a few years now, never a problem.

This is the best extension. Here's why: If you struggle with links in Microsoft Office applications -- for example a link to a folder on your hard drive, the LocalExplorer helper is great for that -- no browser needed. The Windows Explorer integration allows you to use Web URLs to open local files on your hard drive simply by inserting "localexplorer://" in front of the path. I also use the LocalExplorer browser plugin to access local files from my local Wiki -- that was the original use-case, but since switching much of my workflow to OneNote, and then Microsoft breaking the links feature inside OneNote, this extension SAVED MY WORKFLOW. Thank you, LocalExplorer!
