Perfect for customer service teams. Our remote managers forward escalations and this tool makes everything clear and accessible.
My business partner sends me forwarded emails all the time as an attachment, but he lives in China where they don’t use Google. Now I can actually read his forwarded emails without needing to download anything to fix the eml emails into Gmail emails. Love how helpful this has been for me.
Finally, I can open forwarded client emails without needing to dig through raw eml code.
I used to hate opening forwarded emails that came in .eml format, which always happened when I got emails from someone using Outlook. BIG PAIN. This extension makes them readable in Gmail.
