MeasureMate the ultimate tool for measuring distances between elements on webpages. It lets you just select the element and then check all the distances to any other element. You can select the whole element or only the content box.
Unlike some other extensions, it will not interfere with any webpage you visit unless you click the MeasureMate icon.
Once installed: Click the icon to activate. Mouse over a document, select the anchor element and move the cursor to any other element.
It's only the beginning. In the future, there would be more lot of helpful stuff.

didn't show spacing between elements in adaptive mode in Chrome, also click buttons in adaptive mode instead of measuring them.
Could not figure out basic functionality with the free version...
I love the extension! Was wondering thought if it's possible to add a shortcut to activate/disable the extension so that I don't need to click on the icon? That would be awesome!

Awesome! Great tool ,Very useful.
Useless for most of the time... it can only measure elements that chrome can already tell dimensions for... no real measurements. If you open PNG file in Chrome, it will only select whole file... ridiculous

First measuring add-on that actually works and looks just like measuring in Figma
Very handy but it calculates wrongly certain distances. For exampe a flex with 3 divs (rows) and 8px gap, it says it is 8px from div to div, but 7 from div to an anchor inside one div.
