Its very useful tool. I use it when required however on same browser, Its not working for Microsoft PowerApps opened. When I try to use in Microsoft PowerApps, it gives message 'Unable to identify the element'. Can you please help how this can be resolved?
Attention for users and devs: this might make create google docs errors. After installing the extension, I haven't been able to create google docs with more than one page, so I deactivated the extension.
All Thanks for developers
I agree with most of the comments so far, specifically, Clay Shoaf's. I was about to write an extension myself to do this but your codebase is soooo close to it already. Here's the key missing features that every single content creator wants to have: 1. Hide all iframe tags 2. Remove all similar tags (example: id="AdThrive_ ..." ) 3. Bundle all the snips I've done on this page so I can apply them all on click 4. Remember my snips for a given domain (saved batches) and if possible just auto run them when visiting that domain Do these and you'll have 1M downloads by the end of the year. No joke.
Works as intended, unfortunately my search continues for the feature that I'm actually looking for. The inverse snip. I want to be able to select an element and show only that element and nothing else. This is probably difficult to do while maintaining all of the styling on a page, which is probably why no one has done it yet.
It works really well, a handy extension to have! Though, I am not able to use it in some specific websites, like the webstore itself... clicking on any of the buttons has no effect in these; any help would be appreciated!
Great for having control over your priorities and for increasing your productivity.
Just great!!! I think it might be even better if I can view snipped elements as a list, for example, of the ids of them.
Only extension that worked well on multiple sites removing elements permanently. Feedback to developer: 1. Wasn't able to remove twitter ads and facebook reels that show up in the news feed. 2. Should have capability of removing a snipped element from the snip list.
Worked great the first time I used it, then just stopped working completely. Refreshed page multiple times, turned extension on and off, simply would not work again.
