Extremely useful extension. Removes the annoying do-over with having to change the video quality every time a new video starts playing or when the video page gets a reload. A must-have for every YouTube user.
EDIT: This is no longer an issue and it only took a day for the dev to fix it! That's one hell of a response time. I've duefully changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. Old review: This used to be my go-to extension for YouTube, but the recent Feb 17 is driving me a little nuts. Now, if you pause the video and go frame by frame, the extension will automatically start playing the video again, when you reach a point where the video hasn't fully loaded that section. Standard YouTube behavior is for the video to remain paused, until you explicitly tell it to play the video.
EDIT: it has been promptly fixed. It seems after the latest update, the videos default to 720p instead of anything higher (settings was for 8k and the videos were capable of higher). But thanks for the last update towards the old format.
