dude this app has changed my life on desktop and phone.... been trying to combat doom scrolling and mindlessly accessing social media for YEARS and this is all it took... a delayed gratification instead of instant, a gap for me and not for stimuli thank u 4ever from the bottom of my heart

Would be perfect if it had the ability to pause the extension in the menu that pops up when you click the extension icon, like an ad blocker. There are lots of websites that have both productive and non productive uses, so it would be helpful to be able to temporarily pause the extension to access those productive uses without the delay. Also, more settings would be really helpful. Not being able to only have the breathing exercise trigger on a new tab is frustrating.

Great app, helps a lot when trying to cut down on distractions. Being able to take a pause helps to break up the doomscrolling urge, and the UI is quite nice as well. I recommend this if you're looking for a distraction deterrent!
