Used to work perfectly fine, now all of a sudden it's suspending tabs after a few minutes rather than what I have it set to. Suspended tabs are also often becoming a "Your file couldn’t be accessed" error page now. edit: now I've disabled automatic tab suspending but it still is doing it after a few minutes

Штош. С чего начать?... Крайне не люблю писать негативные отзывы. Это наверное будет мой первый или второй. +Утечки памяти?.. Да запросто.. вместо 1,5-3 гига оперативы (со старым Суспендером, который "запретили") теперь может кушать 10+.. Потом у меня кончается терпение и я перезапускаю Хром. После ребута приходит в норму.. +Отжирание процессора - да пожалуйста!.. 80+% не предел. Так же лечится убиванием Хрома из трея и перезапуском. После этого в простое 0,3-1,5% а при воспроизведении Ютуба - до 15% +Плодит копии вкладок.. Похоже что при работе с группами (а мб и не только) - делает копии вкладок. +Иногда закрывает вкладки хотя "галочка" на этом упнкте не установлена. На фоне этого всего закрадывается подозрение о майнере. Или я хз.. П.С. И да, у меня 80+ вкладок. В общем спасибо и досвидания.

I am very frustrated with the extension as it freezes the tabs immediately. I have adjusted the settings and nothing. I reset the settings to the default and nothing. Removed and added back and it still behaves the same. I don't know what happened but it used to be good. Now, I am looking for a substitute extension that does what this one used to do.

I'm not sure when but somewhere after the manifest v3 update, this extension lost all usefulness. Was great for helping reduce memory usage when it was working as expected, but is a hinderance more than it is useful nowadays. None of the settings appear to have any effect anymore. Tabs will suspend itself out of nowhere. Was working on a tab and lost a lot of work when it decided to suspend itself. Not even turning off the auto suspend will prevent tab suspension, it will still suspend tabs whenever it decides to. It seems the only way to keep them alive is to either pin it or be the only thing you're looking at. Also due to the way tabs are "suspended," unless you're on a browser that has the extension installed and running, you cannot access it (i.e., from a mobile browser or if it's backed up on Google's servers). I'll be migrating away from this for something else. Just beware that you need to save the original urls before removing the extension, otherwise you'll lose the ability to recover it.
