Works perfectly until a recent update, am now getting a console warning "Unchecked runtime.lastError: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received"
doesnt work anymore, i agree, great when it did, but now it simply doesnt.
Editing my original review, as I figured out what I had done wrong. There was a setting to uncheck that discarded the tabs. I've now used it on Chrome for 5 months, and I love it. Just adding it to Brave as well now. I'm in the habit of running dozens of tabs, and it is nice to finally stop my browser from eating all my rig's RAM. Updating my rating to 4 stars. I was going to write a really nice review, because this suspender really works for limiting memory used. But then, as soon as I opened a new tab to create my review, all my tabs disappeared, and I have to manually restore them from history. This is NOT cool. Pretty please change your extension so that it doesn't do this by default. It is so incredibly unhelpful. If you do this, I will write an update to my review and give it 5 stars.
Tabs are suspending very quickly and ignoring my ten minutes setting. I am on Mac.
Agree - tabs are getting suspended <2 minutes without changing anything in the settings.
Please revert back to when it was working. This new version is horrible and completely unusable. It completely ignores the disabled "adaptive" setting and is suspending tabs within seconds, also ignoring my 30 minute auto-suspend setting. Deleting this to find one that actually works.
