We rely on Kraya to manage student counseling chats, and it’s been a big help. It replies instantly, updates statuses in the CRM and makes it easy to track who’s ready to enroll. The experience feels seamless.
Kraya AI is a really handy tool for managing sales on WhatsApp. I loved how easy it was to set up, and the automation features like follow-ups and quick replies actually save a lot of time. The AI suggestions for responses are also quite smart and make conversations smoother. That being said, I did notice some risks – I’ve seen reports (and a bit of personal worry) about WhatsApp accounts getting banned if not used carefully. I think Kraya should be more transparent about compliance and give stronger support in such cases. Overall, it’s a powerful tool if you want to streamline WhatsApp sales, but I’d recommend starting cautiously, maybe testing it on a backup number first.
Simple to set up and works as expected. Automated follow-ups make sure I don’t lose out on leads who don’t respond immediately.
At first I wasn’t sure if this would actually make a difference, but after using it for a couple of weeks I can clearly see the impact.
