Doesn't work.
Didn't do the one thing it is supposed to do. At first it only made the playlist look like it was reversed and when the new "first video" was done it started the original first video instead of proceeding down the reversed list. When I tried starting with a video lower down the list, it seemed to work once. When I tried it again it went back to not playing in reverse order. After deselecting and reselecting the reverse function it then refused to jump to ANY video after the one playing was done. Then I noticed it had messed up the playlist and it looked like the list was doubled, repeating sections of videos above it, including doubling the YT notice that some videos in the list were hidden. That's when I uninstalled it. It is incredibly frustrating trying to find a playlist reverser that actually works. Youtube could easily fix this by adding back the reverse function they used to have, but they seem stubborn in never putting it back.
Not working. Visually reversing, but when it plays it's not playing backward.
Nope. Flips the order you see the playlist in, but doesn't flip the order the vids play.
It looks like its broken again, it flips the playlist but autoplay still goes in unflipped order. Same with hitting Shift + N to go to the next video. An update would be fantastic.
It reverses the playlist in the window, but the next video is not from the playlist.

Works amazing. Queued up a playlist that was in reverse order of how I wanted it, clicked the R next to the shuffle button, and suddenly it's in the right order! My only wish is that it was on Firefox too.

It appears to work, but then doesn't. When you load up a playlist the icon is present. You click it, it does indeed reverse the list, however, when your video is over, and it goes to the next video, the order is set back to normal. Meaning you have to keep clicking the R icon after every video if you want a playlist to play correctly, kinda a pain.
