Microsft edgeとGoogle Chromeを同じPCにインストールしていると、マイナポータル利用時に動作がおかしくなる。

E-TAXは使えるが、このアプリについては、いまどき、こんな使えないアプリにお金をかけて開発したなと思います。なんせ拡張して、削除がでていてもそこからまったく進まず、ログインができない。スマホだと簡単に出来るが、PC版は欠陥が多すぎます。どうしたらこんな使いににくいアプリを作っているのか理解できないできないです。素人が作ってももっとましです。マイナンバーカードを普及する気があるのかと言いたくなるアプリです。

ふるさと納税オンライン申請試みましたが諦めました。受領証の画像確認まで行った後、マイナポータル拡張だカードリーダーが必要だと小市民にはハードルが高すぎます。

マイナポータルとねんきんネットの連携をしようとChrome拡張機能アプリはインストールできたが、マイナポータルのログインができなかった。マニュアルを見ても「あっちを見ろ」「こっちを見ろ」方式のため、民間の素人には使いずらい。 1時間ほどトライしたが連携を諦めました。　ちなみに「ねんきんネット」はログインできています。

普通に使えたカードリーダーを選ぶ中華製品ではさんざんトライするも全く読み取りできなかったＮＴＴのカードリーダーでは一撃で終了すんなりやっぱり中華は世界の毒の華だわ

今時、これほどに使いにくいアプリが有るのだろうか・・はっきり言って「うんざり」、お役所仕事を続けるための「ダメアプリ」です。信じられん・・

ザ・お役所仕事って感じのソフトウェア．利用には拡張機能とは別にアプリのインストールが必要なんだけど，これがまぁ使いにくい． UIがどうこうってのは基本ないんだけど，ちょっとするとすぐアップデートがかかるしそのたびに既存ソフトのアンインストール→再インストールが必要．おまけにその際のエラーメッセージが「アプリケーションのインストールされているバージョンが確認できません。」みたいな文言．普通ならここで「マイナポータルアプリを再インストールしてください」みたいに，次にやるべき指示があってしかるべきじゃないのか．いちいち公式のFAQを探さなけりゃならないし，エラーメッセージにリンクもない．ここで先のアップデートの多さが災いして，毎回マイナポータルで何か申請しようとするたびに余計な手間を取らされる．というかそもそもアップデート対応されていないソフトとか Win95時代の仕様と言ってもいいくらい古臭くて，ユーザーフレンドリーではない．ゲームだのブラウジングだの「楽しいこと」に使うアプリでもないのに，このアンフレンドリーさはイライラを加速させるには十分．

マイナポータルのWebサイトで、市販のカードリーダを使ってマイナンバーカードを読み取る為の拡張機能です。この拡張機能を入れても、「パソコンで市販のカードリーダーを使って」「マイナポータルのWebサイトでカード読み取りを行う」事しかできません。早い話が、市販のカードリーダを買えば、毎回スマホを使わなくてもパソコンだけで完結するようになるだけです。拡張機能の追加自体は他の拡張機能とまったく変わりありません。拡張機能の追加ボタンを押すだけです。違うのは拡張機能の追加前に、個別のアプリをDLしてインストールする必要があるくらいでしょうか。詳細は、下記に拡張機能の設定方法が説明されているので確認すると良いと思います。 https://app.oss.myna.go.jp/Application/resources/dousakankyou/chrome.html 他の方も書いてある通り、200万↑のユーザがいて評価が250件しか記載されていないので、大半は評価を書く事もなく使えていると思います。一応私が使えている環境が以下です。参考になれば幸いです。 OS：Windows10 Home64bit ブラウザ：GoogleChorome(バージョン：119.0.6045.200) 使用カードリーダ：SONY PaSoRi(パソリ) RC-S300
