去年は何とか確定申告が出来たのに、今年はエラー出まくりで全く進めない。 その対処方法のサイトの説明も何言っているのか、日本語になっていない。 このままだと今年度の確定申告ができない。 ゼロ☆評価にしたいが出来ないので最低点。PC版もスマホ版も最悪なソフト。
役所の象徴とはいえ、よくこんな使いづらいアプリを作ると感心してしまう･･･ この時代に紙とペンを使って窓口でやれ、といわれているようなもの 以前はもっと簡単だった。だんだん使いづらくなるのはどうしてかな？
さいあく！全く使えない！ 使い方がわからん！せっかくカードリーダーを買ったのに使えないのでむだな出費になってしまった。 年寄りにもわかりやすくしてほしい。
操作がありえないくらい面倒。作業に進むまでのほうが大変ってどういうことですか
まったくやりたいところに行きつかない よけいなものが多すぎる 何が簡単なのか理解できない
日本の公的機関は無駄でいらない仕事を多めに作る必要があるところだけど、それと同じ感覚でソフトを作ってはいけない。 無駄だらけ。 無駄は公的機関以外では嫌われるものだと認識してもらいたい。
使いにくく、最低なソフト。

クロームへ入らないと使えないらしい、使いたくないので中止
去年まで普通にできていたのに再インストールからやらされた。そして拡張機能が全く入らない、確定申告できません。何とかして下さい。
