星1つもつけたくない。確定申告がやりずらい。本当に最悪なアプリ
わかりずらい！さずが国のやることは、国民をなめとる！
理解している人しか使いずらいシステム。外部連携も出来ない
採点にも値しない。 独り善がりのシステムだ。 実に使い難い。 当事者はこの低い評価について、何も反省していなようだ。 それでもETAXを使えと言う。権力者の驕りだ。
何の問題もなく使える。
非常にわかりにくい 開発者だけがわかるアプリ、一般人的でない。 評価点数がものがたっています。
作業不慣れ、知識不足も加算されて分かりにくいです
非常にわかりにくい。 どこから手を付けていいか分からず未だに使えていません。
マイナポータルとe-TaxAp をダウンロードしてツールバーに固定。 今年はカードリーダーを購入して自宅で確定申告を行いたいと思っていましたが、 どうやってもマイナンバーカードの読み込みができません。 （カードリーダー付属のSDカードは使えていますが） あきらめて従来通り、税務署へ出向きます。
ESET Internet Security を利用していると、拡張機能のインストールがエラーになります。 パッケージが無効です 'crx_file_not_readable' となりました。 保護を一時停止では状態かわらず、ESET Internet Securityを一度アンインストールをして拡張機能をインストールしたら、問題なくインストール完了しました。その後再び、ESET Internet Securityをインストール。 ESETの問題かもしれないが、マイナポータル側に情報がないのはイマイチ。
