It finally works! There is a minor inconvenience, where it doesn't recognize iCloud for Windows and iCloud for Windows doesn't recognize the extension, but after a restart the problem was cleared up. I have been able to save a bookmark on my phone and it was immediately available on my Windows machine. Love.It!
