I love everything else about iCloud, I have an iPad, iMac, iPhone 6S and a 12" MacBook, but frankly I'm very disappointed Apple considers this extension a product worthy of their brand. I started from a blank slate on all my devices (new Apple devices, and a fresh Windows 10 install). It's the simplest possible use case for an extension like this. It should work fine. But even in this perfect scenario, the extension passes only the most superficial tests for working at all. You can add a bookmark, wait, remove a bookmark, wait, and if you're lucky, it syncs. But the moment you do something slightly more "advanced" like rename a bookmark, or move a bookmark, or import bookmarks in Chrome... it's 50/50 whether it'll work at all, or it'll leave your bookmarks in some half-updated half-broken state across all your Apple and and non-Apple devices. Changes are randomly synced or not synced. If you import bookmarks in Chrome, Safari sees nothing. I wait 15 minutes, nothing. I need to cut the imported folder, wait, then paste back. If I do it too quickly, nothing happens at all. I need to be very slow, and very deliberate. Why, Apple? If you move a bookmark and it doesn't sync on your iOS devices for several minutes, then you might want to repeat the move on your iOS devices, right? Wrong. Now Chrome has two copies of your bookmarks for some reason. Please, Apple, either make this extension *work*, or don't offer it at all. Why would you even ship this? I respect this company so much, and I can't comprehend who there thinks that offering a product so broken is a good idea.
