This Chrome extension is made for customers of the Bambuser product One-to-One. In order to be able to use this Chrome extension you need to be a Bambuser customer using the One-to-One product.
With this extension you will be able to use additional features through the agent tool in a Chrome browser, such as cobrowsing. Those additional features will not be available without installing this Chrome extension. Every agent in the organization needs to install this extension in their Chrome browser to get the additional features to work when logged in to the agent tool in that same Chrome browser.
Note: This Chrome extension is not made for end users, shoppers, who are calling in to a Bambuser customer.
