Thank you for the review. The extension was functional but our backend server has a cold start delay of 60-90 seconds on first request, which likely made it appear non-functional during testing. Before resubmission, we are adding a loading indicator during cold start, pre-loading a demo memory so stored memories are visible immediately on install, and adding clear retry messaging. We will resubmit once these are in place.

Two changes worth noting: added "First load may take 60-90 seconds" to the description itself so the reviewer expects it next time, and cut the appeal to four sentences because Google support doesn't read long emails.
