I am loving this so much!! It has helped me stay more organized and more accurate. The ability of this software to capture the essence and details of the session is incredible (better than I expected). The only thing I would love to add is being able to use it for phone call sessions.

This software is a game changer when it comes to the time saved in generating progress notes. Ive also benefitted from the transcripts and the summaries. I would give the software five stars if it had functionality for FaceTime and also if they had an obvious way to communicate with their support team. I looked all over the website and saw no way of contacting support. I will gladly improve this review to five stars if they improve in these areas
