Куда обратиться? Не работает вывод......баланс не меняется......что происходит с кошельком? куда обращаться с проблемами????
Баланс показывает погоду - не синхронизируется с сетью, через эксплорер в блокчейне суммы другие.
Периодически не работает по несколько дней. Не рекомендую пользоваться этим кошельком.
4 дня не приходят выплаты на кошелёк, сид фраза не восстанавливает, ни ввод не копирование не работает, впн или смена чего угодно не работает. В блокчейне выплаты есть и в скане отображается весь баланс уплаченный пулом, но кошель кажется помер, пару недель работал. Покойся с миром родной! Ноду ставить ради 15 баксов так не хочется, может ты ещё оживёшь?
can't send Novo out of wallet...
Have used it for quite a while. All functions run well despite the occasional hiccups which, to be fair, may have been due to connection issues (such as when I tried to change the password or currencies, there were glitches so I had to redo the actions).
у кого не получается восстановить кошелек, резервную фразу нужно не писать вручную, а использовать Ctrl V для вставки, тогда все срабатывает.
