We are using Whatsapp Business and found the labeling customers was helpful. But beyond that we didn't know how to mass communicate with them. That was until I used this tool. It saved me hours of manually messaging each contact one by one. More importantly, I no longer had to maintain excel lists of which customer was under which label. This is a blessing!
