A web browser extension for checking accessibility issues
Excellent tool for checking your website! - Highly recommended as one of your tools to tackle accessibility.
If it's scanning the website, I shouldn't still manually have to enter the colors to see the contrast, especially since it's in an entirely different window.
We only receive the message" Unable to scan page. Please re-open this window." Tried multiple sites including our own pages we needed scanned
Our accessibility team has adopted RAMP as one of our primary web accessibility testing tools. The auto-scanning tool uses the axe-core engine, and we like how the extension also integrates with our RAMP account and allows us to incorporate manual testing into our audit process. We've used DevTools in the past, but this allows us to enter data and group multiple pages together from one site in our account.
Funktioniert leider gar nicht, immer nur die Meldung "Unable to scan page. Please re-open this window." egal wie oft ich es versuche.
Keep it Free
I really enjoy being able to get an idea of the various accessibility failures of a given page so simply. I love that it's built on the aXe core, so I trust the standards it applies, and find myself turning to this even more frequently, casually, than Deque's own axe DevTools just for how easy it is to access. It's not perfect, but the developers are continually working on it, seem to be open to user suggestions, and are always responsive when I contact them.
