Doesn't work as of windows 11 and Chrome version 10.30.25. It would be courteous of Google to note extensions that not longer work so that users don't spend hours finding out about each unworking extension for themselves.
I was following a Microsoft course and came to this extension that should help with colour contrast. The problem is that it doesn't even start up in in the one setting it uses normal colours for a link and a black background. That is basically illegible, so something should have happened when I clicked the button. I'm running the current Chrome browser on a Windows 11 OS.
The extension takes up half the screen so the lower half can't be analized manually

Doesn't work. Correctly installed in the newest Chrome on my MacBook Pro. Given all permissions. Clicking the icon doesn't do anything.
