Free and unlimited password manager to keep your login credentials safe and manage them directly in your browser.

Get the password manager created by the former scientists who met at CERN behind Proton Mail, the world’s largest encrypted email provider. Proton Pass is open-source, end-to-end encrypted, and protected by Swiss privacy laws.

Pass offers more than other free password managers and has no ads or data collection. You can use it for free forever on all your devices to create and store unlimited passwords, autofill logins, generate 2FA codes, create email aliases, secure your notes, and more.

* Protect your logins and their metadata with battle-tested end-to-end encryption

While many other password managers only encrypt your password, Proton Pass uses end-to-end encryption on all your stored login details (including your username, the website address, and more).

* Audit Pass’s open-source code

It is everything I need in a password manager! Although it is almost perfect in my experience, there are a few notable things that I think needs some slight fixing: -The password suggestion does not seem to remember last configured length or other settings every restart -The password suggestion and suggestions does not go away if you click outside, this makes some login button not pressable. -There should be an option to save both email and username even if they are going to use only one. -Better recognition for sites to add login instead of adding an already existing login credential. Thank you and keep up the good work Proton! 😊

No auto session lock asking for Proton password? It's the one thing that's stopping me from moving over at this point. I despise PINs. Not only that, but it feels less secure anyways. Please don't make me remember another one along with my Proton password.

Really enjoying this heightened level of security, my account automatically asks me if I'd like to save my passwords. Like having 2FA in place, as well as Protons VPN.
