Good for now. Still lacks a number of features that are available in other PMs.
Great password manager, especially if you already use Proton for other things like mail and VPN, which I highly recommend. The password manager is relatively new, but already works quite well for the most part. It needs to mature, as others have mentioned, and would be nice with additional features, such as storing and filling address information. I used LastPass for years, even after they tripled their price for premium, but then they messed it up when it was sold and things stopped working, etc. Happy to be using Proton Pass and looking forward to awesomeness with it in the future!
Getting much better! one of the best managers out there now
Great extension, hope safari version will come soon!
Good password manager but needs to mature. For instance the pop up on desktop often doesn't pull from the saved data it just offers to fill in your main email address or generate a password etc, which is awesome, but it doesn't save it to Proton Pass, you have to manually copy it. I'm hopeful they will continue to improve the product as they are on the right track.
Switched from being a long time LastPass user, and we all know why anyone would switch from there. Proton Pass is not perfect and doesn't have as many features as BitWarden or 1Password, YET, but it's continually adding features and I'm fine with them taking their time to develop the new features securely. I enjoy everything so far and LOVE the aliases. I just need credit card auto-fill, addresses + auto-fill, and the ability to upload images in secure notes and I'll be set.
Not bad. IMHO is missing: - desktop app companion - Roboform import support (I am manually importing more than 200 logins) - Check of password strenght / reuse / overall security.
Exceptional in a lot of ways, areas to grow in others. It has a lot of polish to go. It needs to get better on passwords created, then saved. Fantastic sharing with others. Easy to use even when it doesn't detect the right entry fields. Can't wait to see where it goes in the future.
I'm currently migrating from 1Password to ProtonPass, as I was already a ProtonMail+VPN user, and now being able to have them handle by passwords, in addition to email aliases management built-in is a game changer! They are very determined to listen to the community and implement new features often. Highly recommended.
Muito simplista, talvez demasiado para alguns, mas para um serviço tão recente não se poderia pedir muito mais. Era o que eu procurava.
