Como podem trocar um sistema tão bom por isso ?

Horrível e ridículo!!! Como podem substituir um sistema que funciona, por um que não consegue nem para gerar relatórios satisfatórios.
horrivel o acesso ao internet banking, so deveriam excluir o outo app, quando este estiver bom, sem condicoes
um sistema completamente horrível! A liberação pelo QR Code pelo celular é aceitável pela segurança, mas a cada 3 ou 4 acessos tem que liberar o computador sempre, e quando passa de 2 liberações é só na agencia; Um sistema travado e lento, um grade retrocesso.
Como é horrível acessar a internet banking de vocês, e cada dia vocês conseguem se superar, a cada dia fica pior.!!!!

Péssimo!!!Conseguiram acabar com um sistema que funcionava.....estão de parabéns!!!
Um lixo esse sistema, piorou a usabilidade, instável, toda hora pede para gerar nova credencial para computador, a cobrança não envia segunda via de boleto por e-mail. Vou tirar minhas contas e transferir para o INTER custo zero para tudo e tem tudo que preciso.
