I’ve been using Friender for a few months, and I’m really happy with it! It’s still new, but it works great. There are more cool features coming before it’s fully ready, and I think they will make it even better! This software is some of the best from Tier5, and it helps businesses and people grow their social media. It’s the strongest and most helpful software online! There are a few small problems, but that’s normal while it’s still being tested. This is also a good chance to work with the team that makes it for future updates!

This software rules. If you want to save time and effort on tasks while managing a business on Meta (Facebook), download this tool and start automating your personal FB profile. It syncs everything for me daily so I know it is constantly up-to-date and I don't have to do anything. It just runs for me. And another thing I really love about this software is they are actively working on new updates that are being pushed out on a regular basis in 2024 and the developers actually have a plan and a roadmap for Friender and its' partners into the future. I am loving the new analytics dashboard which allows me to actually track ROI and other metrics with how my FB automations are running. Bottom line If you are running a business on Facebook and you don't have Friender you are seriously missing out on how much easier life can be.

Poor customer service + billing and management. I asked a question about billing and Jon Vaughn cancelled my account. When I replied saying I didn't wish for my account to be cancelled & to remain on the same tier - he said my consent was not required and that I will no longer be able to sign up. It seems when they do not want to serve you - then can just cancel and move on. Taking your money and leaving no resolution. I'm sure the software works great when you don't need anything. But as soon as you do - they seem unresponsive with no genuine care. Disappointed and will be taking my business somewhere else.
