Ideas to further improve: Scroll-synced highlight - the line in the TOC, that corresponds to the currently displayed part of the thread, would be highlighted (and the TOC would be scrolled to the current position, if the TOC is longer than the screen height); Setting for the user to set the number of characters to use to create each TOC line, i.e. how long each line in the TOC to be; Settings (like the TOC table width) should be remembered, even after a page reload.

When the User asks a new message question, automatically insert and update the TOC of a Conversation with the first line of that question. For ex: If the User asked ChatGPT: "Show a simple example of an Integral from 0 to 1 where the integrand is: x^2" then... update the TOC automatically with: "Show a simple example of an Integral from 0 to 1... ". That is much easier and convenient than the User having to enter each TOC item in the Conversation manually!. :-) Do this for every User question, in that Conversation...
