The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension helps you save web content or browser screenshots to your Google Drive.
* Adds a browser action to save the current page.
* Adds a right-click context menu to save hyperlinks and media.
* Configurable through an options page.
This extension allow you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu. You can save documents, images, and HTML5 audio and video all by right clicking and selecting 'Save to Google Drive'. You can save the currently viewed page using the 'Save to Google Drive' browser action. The directory location and format of saved HTML pages can be controlled with the extension's options page (Choice of Entire image (default), Visible image, Raw HTML, MHTML, or Google Doc). You can automatically convert Microsoft Office files or comma separated files to Google Docs format.
After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list. From the document list, you can organize and share your new document.

Выше "двойки" пока что поставить не могу. Совершенно непонятно, почему корпорация добра до сих пор не смогла создать хороший веб-клиппер для Драйва. О Кипе вообще молчу - для него и такого нет. В результате выбрал полуавтоматический режим: форматировать страницу в Clearly, а затем - либо сохранять на GDrive через печать в этом расширении, либо использовать copy-paste для создания Google-документа.

When moving files around in Android, there is an option to move to different folders. In the Chrome version, there is ONLY a default folder (which can be changed in the settings). I think the ability to move files around and view the folder/file structure of your Drive would be a helpful feature

Doesn't save PDFs. Error notification does not give proper directions to help accomplish the saving of a PDF file.
File size limitation is such a pain. I pay for Google Drive's premium services. My size limitation is 1TB/file yet I can't save a 120mb file directly to my cloud using it's official extension. There should be no size limitations for paid customers!
would be better if a option to switch accounts as i have an account tied to my main account but this app only saves to my main and not my sub account. signing out didnt help
