The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension helps you save web content or browser screenshots to your Google Drive.
* Adds a browser action to save the current page.
* Adds a right-click context menu to save hyperlinks and media.
* Configurable through an options page.
This extension allow you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu. You can save documents, images, and HTML5 audio and video all by right clicking and selecting 'Save to Google Drive'. You can save the currently viewed page using the 'Save to Google Drive' browser action. The directory location and format of saved HTML pages can be controlled with the extension's options page (Choice of Entire image (default), Visible image, Raw HTML, MHTML, or Google Doc). You can automatically convert Microsoft Office files or comma separated files to Google Docs format.
After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list. From the document list, you can organize and share your new document.

Hey guys, the app is currently pretty nice. It works well. I would like to add a couple requests. It would be IDEAL if we could do the following things: 1. Save a website as a "bookmark" (.webloc or .url) 2. Save a website as a simplified article (Evernote Style) Thanks!
Does not allow the saved image to be annotated. All this extension does is save a PNG image of the page; does nothing else. IMHO not a very useful extension at all.
Super Erweiterung zu Google Drive ...und funktioniert sowohl auf meinen Linux-Mint Systemen als auch auf meinem Android Handy ganz einfach. ... was etwas stört und was zu verbessern wäre, ist die Speicherung von Seiten im PNG Format. Meist will man ja keine Bilder anschauen sondern entweder Text oder Links extrahieren. Aber sonst ne Super Erweiterung die ich nur empfehlen kann!!
i love this extension
Keeps giving me an error. "Google Drive encountered an error. If reloading the page doesn't help, please report the error."
All I want to do is save an open pdf to Google Drive and this extension fails to deliver.
It does not save the page to Google Drive. It makes a screenprint, and saves that to google drive.
Aún le falta una opción que sin duda es necesaria hace mucho tiempo, y es que todavía no se hace nada respecto a las alternativas para guardar el archivo en la carpeta que se acomode al gusto de uno, sin necesidad de tener que hacer configuraciones complejas y molestas.
It's not support for save a large file. you think i used a cloud drive for save a tiny file size?
I always get an UPLOAD FAILURE 404 error. On the few occasions that it works it saves it in a png file and its a screenshot of your entire screen. completely useless extension.
