The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension helps you save web content or browser screenshots to your Google Drive.
* Adds a browser action to save the current page.
* Adds a right-click context menu to save hyperlinks and media.
* Configurable through an options page.
This extension allow you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu. You can save documents, images, and HTML5 audio and video all by right clicking and selecting 'Save to Google Drive'. You can save the currently viewed page using the 'Save to Google Drive' browser action. The directory location and format of saved HTML pages can be controlled with the extension's options page (Choice of Entire image (default), Visible image, Raw HTML, MHTML, or Google Doc). You can automatically convert Microsoft Office files or comma separated files to Google Docs format.
After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list. From the document list, you can organize and share your new document.

Waiting for the other shoe to drop. Packs up web pages as MHTML files, but AFAIK, there's no way to open them in Chrome or Drive. Offers to rename the file in Drive, but not to move it to the desired folder. Would like it better if there were possible, before saving, to set location and format.
This is a great app, but I really wish that one could assign the google account rather than only using the chrome login. I use a personal chrome login to sync browser across platforms, but I want to be able to save files to my GAPPS business account, not to my personal account.
Klappt es evtl. bei 2 Faktor Authent nicht? Sehe keine Möglichkeit mich zu authentifizieren - wenn ich z.B. in den Optionen auf "Change Folder" oder so ähnlich klicke: "Invalid credentials (missing or invalid oAuth token)"
1.Same as below. >> got an error every time i tried to save an image - "Upload failure: Internal Server Error (500)" 2.After changing the default destination folder, I cannot change it back to original root folder. Serious Bug! 3.Before saving, let user to choose destination folder in each time, instead of just the default destination. Can Google do a good job by once?! 4.After saving, allow user to access the file & folder directly. No need to manually switch by to Google drive. You know, Google drive sometimes hasn't yet been updated for this new file. 5.It can be file format independent actually by Right-Click on the item(not left-click on the toolbar icon). Good! 6.Please support storing URL bookmark into drive. IE has done a great job in saving bookmark as file. Users don't need to store and classify their knowledge separately. Google, inherited from Netscape/Firefox system, has gone to a wrong way on both Google bookmark & Chrome bookmark. I think now Google can provide one more option for users. Nothing lose to Google. Everything is still under its control. Finally, will Google really see our review? I doubt. Since I am a Google fans, I know this company always work slowly.

Trust me, this good!
It was awesome, and then it stopped saving entire pages as pngs, so I uninstalled it, but I just reinstalled it and it is working perfectly! Yay!
it works, then it does not work... offers a limited number of formats for saving (no pdf). its not reliable
used to be excellent for saving websites and documents straight to my private online storage -- now it is messed up and only part of the page is saved
