It is a great tool. To clip some part of page, just select and do right click and then perform clipping.

Using Microsoft stack because of office 365. This is like a must have things for me. I usually clip articles and site for reading it later on my mobile while commuting to office/travelling.

The very first time I used this, it failed. I clipped a page with the confirmation code and information for a bank transaction, in order to retain a copy. When the clip showed up in OneNote, it was an image of the top title bar, the lines around the various sections of the web page, but absolutely no data from within those frames. It does not seem that the webpage in question had any special protections around the text, as I was able to select (drag cursor over), copy (Ctrl-C), and then paste (Ctrl-V) the text content into OneNote. The OneNote Clipper just seemed to ignore all the text on the page.
