Microsoft - Need to get into classrooms. I've been teaching for decades, and I have also believed OneNote is the tool to teach our students how to organize information from multiple sources. I use it for college course creation. I have eight children: adult, college, high school, and junior high. None of them use this tool, though I have demonstrated its efficacy and share my Microsoft account with them. For k12, it's because the students are issued Google Chrome Books; no Microsoft allowed. For college, I'm not sure why the don't adopt it as a tool. My guess is that it was never part of the pedagogical or learning process (like so much technology). Suggestion: Make OneNote affordable or free to k12 students, so by the time they come to us in college, organizing electronically is a natural process.
Works great!
