Great option for when you are off work or vacationing--you won't forget to look at your messages, but you won't be bothered until it's time to look.
I was using Boomerang for Gmail for quite some time...this little tool works wonders for me. I'm able to focus on meetings rather than worrying about unread emails and notifications.
