this app was i guess... TOTALLY AMAZING! I absolutely love the colours.
Totally pointless. I thought this was going to colour the tabs to distinguish them, not just put colours on a blank tab. Serves absolutely no purpose.
I can't use chrome properly anymore because the apps wont come up and instead it comes up with random colours but who cares cus its so beautiful and i can get out of class!! :)

It changes the color only when you open the new tab. Once you start browsing, the color will change to default.
I came expecting a color palette with each new tab, and it worked great in that respect. However, wish the devs could have it so that the palette itself is a background to the meat of chrome's new tab content.
